SEAN MULHERN

TECHNICAL / IT DIRECTOR

Over the past 30 years, Sean has driven and developed the transition from analogue PAL Television to SD, HD, 3D, UHD and now 8K broadcast technologies, working closely with both manufacturers and clients to evolve new work flows and broadcast formats.

Sean began his career in 1990 at Finepoint Broadcast as an Electronics Maintenance Engineer and joined Telegenic as an OB Guarantee Engineer in 1997. During his career, Sean has worked on several major events, such as Olympics, World Cups and Euros, each one in a different broadcast standard.

He also oversees and directs the design and implementation of EMG / Gravity Media UK’s OB fleet and Remote Operation Centres.
